Matsusada Precision has developed a proprietary production system designed to exceed conventional efficiency standards.
Our assembly, mounting, and inspection processes for transformers and printed circuit boards are fully automated. These flexible production lines are optimized for high-mix, variable-volume manufacturing. Whether producing a single unit or a thousand, our lines can be rapidly reconfigured to accommodate different form factors and electrical characteristics. Currently, we operate 19 of these advanced flexible lines.
