Our X-ray inspection and Micro-CT demonstration centers allow you to evaluate our systems using your own samples. By operating the equipment yourself, you can experience the intuitive controls, advanced support features--such as the "Position Memory" function and custom image processing filters--and the high-definition quality of the captured images. Our technical staff is available to discuss the best configuration for your application.
Demonstrations are available at the X-ray Imaging Technology Laboratory in Otsu City, Shiga, and the Tokyo Sales Office (a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station).

- Check the X-ray image quality of your actual samples (specimens) in real-time. You can also take the captured image data with you for further evaluation.

The X-ray Imaging Technology Laboratory is an R&D facility dedicated to advancing X-ray image quality and developing solutions tailored to customer requests. The laboratory is permanently equipped with state-of-the-art X-ray inspection systems. We invite customers considering our products to visit the laboratory and experience the performance of our latest models firsthand. We value customer feedback and utilize it to further enhance our technology.
Online Demonstration
For customers unable to visit our office or laboratory, we offer online demonstrations via video conference.
In addition to testing your samples, we can share the instrument's operation screen, allowing you to view the application remotely.
Online meetings are conducted using Cisco Webex.

- Is there parking available? We plan to visit by car.
- Customer parking is available at the Shiga X-ray Imaging Technology Laboratory. Please come by car.
No parking is available at the Tokyo office. Please come by public transportation or use metered parking nearby.

- Is it possible to have multiple models demonstrated?
- Yes, it is possible. For currently available X-ray machines, please see "Products Available for Trial in the Tokyo Demonstration for X-ray Inspection and Micro-CT Scanners".
- Can I bring in samples?
- Yes, it is possible. Our staff can also take X-ray images of your samples in the appropriate settings.
- Can I get X-ray image data of my sample?
- Yes. Please bring a storage device, such as a USB flash drive or CD-R, and we will save the image data from the equipment for you.
- Is it possible to operate the X-ray system during the demonstration?
- Yes, of course it is possible. Staff familiar with X-ray inspection system will instruct you on how to operate it, so you can use it with peace of mind.
- Do I need to be qualified to operate X-ray inspection system equipment?
- No qualification is required. Our qualified staff, including certified X-ray operations chiefs, will guide you through the process to ensure safe operation.
- How long does it take?
- We expect the session to last from 2 to 3 hours. Please let us know the start time and preferred date and time at the time of booking.
- Will there be a fee to use the X-ray demonstration?
- No, the demonstration service is free of charge.
- How many people can participate in the demonstration?
- There is no limit to the number of visitors. Please let us know the number of guests at the time of reservation.
